How do I use my DigiTickets?
You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number. Print the confirmation or bring it along on your phone.
Do you issue refunds?
Yes, we offer refunds as long as you let us know 1 day before departure.
What happens when I buy a ticket online?
On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a booking reference number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number. Or show the booking on your phone.
I don't have a printer...
You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you. Or you can show the booking on your phone.
What time should I arrive?
You should plan to allow 20 mins before departure.
Is Car Parking available?
Yes, large, free car park in John O’Groats, KW1 4YR and Inverness, IV1 1KT has a multi storey car park in the Bus Station.
Can I make group bookings?
Yes, email for discounts on groups of 20+
Is there wheelchair access on the ferry?
Yes, we can take wheelchairs – access is via a flat gangway.
Can I purchase a ticket in-store or on the day?
Yes, you can but advisable to book a day or two before to ensure there is space.
Do you have restrooms available?
Yes, toilets on the ferry and also on the coach from Inverness to John O’Groats.

Can dogs go on tours?
A small, quiet dog is okay from John O'Groats. Otherwise, day care is available locally in Caithness. Details on our website. Sorry no dogs from Inverness.
